Storm Fire

Overview

Storm Fire pairs the strongest damage type in the game (Bolt) with fire’s AoE burning spread. The idea: Bolt does the heavy lifting while fire skills add supplementary DoT that spreads across enemies. Slash Fire and Pyric Arcflare bridge the two expertises. This isn’t a 50/50 split — it’s a Bolt build with fire seasoning.

Core Skills (Priority Order)

1. Bolt Strike (Common) - Foundation bolt attacks.
2. Bolt Mastery (Legendary, S) - Bolt +60% damage.
3. Storm Clouds (Legendary, S) - Bolt AoE. The main damage source.
4. Charged Bolt (Mythic, S+) - Super bolt chance.
5. Aftershock (Mythic, S+) - Stormlord capstone. Stun + shock boost.
6. Spreading Flames (Legendary) - Burns spread to all enemies via bolt procs.
7. Blazing Slash (Common) - Bridge skill giving both Bladedancer and Pyromancer tags + fire damage on slashes.

Supporting Skills

• Fire Volley (Common) - Consistent burn application.
• Bolt Surge (Legendary) - More bolts = more Storm Cloud procs.
• Kindled Spirit (Common) - Bonus damage to burning enemies.
• Burning Expert (Legendary) - Burn damage boost.
• Bolt Volley (Common) - Bolt each round.

Expertise Path

Primary: Stormlord (aim for 5 tags for Aftershock). Secondary: Pyromancer from fire support skills. Don’t sacrifice bolt skill picks for fire — bolt is the carry.

Strategy Tips

• This is a Bolt build first, fire build second. Never skip a bolt skill for a fire skill.
• Spreading Flames + Storm Clouds = bolt AoE applies burns, then burns spread to everything. Massive in multi-enemy fights.
• The fire DoT adds persistent damage between bolt bursts.
• Aftershock stun + freeze from burning enemies (if you add Flash Freeze) gives excellent control.

Tier Rating: S

Strong because it’s fundamentally a Bolt build. The fire splash adds meaningful AoE without compromising bolt’s core strength.
