Pure Cryomancer and frost-hybrid builds now top every tier list, and a new high-end raid tier was added specifically for the strongest frost teams.
The single most important thing you can do right now: get Winter's Dominion from the Winter's Dominion chapter offer, then rush its upgrades. It makes Cryomancer skills appear far more often and level up faster — at Artifact it even removes off-expertise penalties — which is what brings the reworked frost ult online and powers the whole meta.
